While sauce is cooking, place large saut pan over medium heat. Grease with vegetable oil or butter. In small batches, cook the chicken until tender and remove from pan. Repeat until all chicken is cooked. Mix the cooked chicken and tomato sauce together. Add remaining stock as needed to thin out sauce. Allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
To serve: Toss the pasta with the chicken & sauce. Serves 8. SPICY!
