Cafe Rio Burritos Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds Pork Roast
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can regular Coke (can not be diet)
  • 2 bottles Taco Sauce (nor salsa) (16 ounce bottles)
  • 1 can Los Palmas Green Enchilada Sauce (large can)
Cut roast in half and put into crock pot with 2" of Water. Cook on low all night. Drain juice and shred, put back into crock pot

Add remaining ingredients. Cook 1 hour. Put into flour tortilla shells with black beans, rice, and Los Palmas Enchilada Sauce.
