A type of roll made with a yeasted bread dough prepared with white flour (wheat) and is enriched with eggs, butter, and milk. A cloverleaf roll is created with three balls of dough that join together as they expand during baking to create a cloverleaf appearance. The dough is very similar to the dough used for Parker House rolls.
