Flavor Injector

A utensil that may also be referred to as a Marinade Injector, this tool is used to inject liquid flavorings into poultry, meat and other types of foods. Contstructed of glass, plastic or stainless steel, a Flavor Injector is made with an ingredient chamber that holds the flavoring solution so it can be pumped as the Injector handle is depressed so the Injector plunger pushes the contents through a needle while it is inserted into the food. It is a simple way to flavor or marinade a variety of different foods.
