Cake Knife

The type of knife that is most often considered to be a serving utensil for cutting cakes at events such as graduations, weddings, and other celebrations. Most often made of stainless steel, the Cake Knife will be lightweight and have a slightly curved blade that easily cuts through various textures of cakes and frostings. Most often made with a decorative appearance, some Cake Knives will be included as a serving set consisting of the Knife to cut the cake and a Server to place it on the plate.
