Sesame Cracker

A flatbread cracker that may range in size from a few inches wide to a cracker the size of a small plate. Common sesame crackers that are most often used as an appetizer are smaller in size. When the cracker is made as a small flatbread that is to be served with a main dish, such as an Asian sesame cracker, the diameter is much larger. Sesame crackers may be made in the shape of a square, rectangle, a triangle, a circle, or an oval and are typically made with flour, seasonings, and topped with sesame seeds.
