Reflex Stonecrop

A fleshy evergreen plant with small tender leaves, cylindrical in shape, attached to tiny star shaped flowers. When added to foods, it provides a slightly acidic flavoring and is most often used to enhance the flavors in salads and sauces. Since there is a similar looking plant that is poisonous which is known as the "biting stonecrop" it is important not to mistake it for "Reflex Stonecrop".
