Hi! This is Laurie from RecipeTips.com. Today, I am going to show you how to core a pepper. Begin by cutting a circle around the stem of your pepper with a knife. Then just take a spoon and use it to scrape out the remaining ribs and seeds inside the pepper. Wash the pepper in cold running water to remove any remaining seeds.
