To make the filling for this recipe, you need eight ounces of softened cream cheese, and blend that together with seven ounces of marshmallow cream. Start with twelve washed and cored strawberries, and then you just want to slice them in half lengthwise. Once you have sliced the strawberries, use a melon baller and just remove the center of each half. You are going to want to use about a teaspoon of filling per strawberry half. Just spread the filling on the strawberry, and make sure that you have some of the red of the strawberry showing. The final step is to place a blueberry in the center of each strawberry half.
