Hi! This is Laurie from RecipeTips.com. Today, we are going to be making a no-bake Easter egg pie that will be perfect for your kids, and for me. Start with eight ounces of cream cheese at room temperature, and just beat it with a hand mixer until it is nice and creamy and smooth. Gradually add in fourteen ounces of sweetened condensed milk. After the condensed milk is mixed in, add to that, three-quarters of a cup of cold milk and one package of instant white chocolate pudding mix, and then mix on low until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as you go. Once you have all of your ingredients blended, you are ready to pour it in your piecrust. What you will need is a nine-inch graham cracker piecrust, and you can make your own crust, or go ahead and use a store bought, either one will work fine. Pour half of the filling into the graham cracker piecrust. It will be nice and thick and creamy. Then, just smooth it out. The next step is to take sixteen of these solid milk chocolate Easter eggs that can be found in any store around Easter time, and you want to remove the foil, and then cut them in half as I have done here. The next thing you need to do is take the halves and place them on top of the filling. It does not matter if it is a pattern, just go ahead and put them all across the top. Then, pour the remainder of the filling on top to create the top layer, and then smooth it out like you did on the first layer. For the next layer, add one and a half cups of whipped topping. Spread the whipped topping out across the top of the pie like you did with the filling. Once the whipped topping is all spread through, you are going to want to place the pie in the refrigerator for an hour to allow it to set. After the pie has chilled for an hour, take it out of the refrigerator and decorate the top with a seasonal M and M. You can put on as many as you like. Once you have the M and Ms placed on the top, place the pie back in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. For more great Easter recipes, visit RecipeTips.com.
