"I am not a great cook but am sick of going out to eat or picking up take out. I am trying to find some easy but good recipes. I love meat so thought I would start there. Mom gave me a slow cooker for Christmas and told me I could handle cooking with that. Tried this roast last night. WOW! Didn't know it could be so easy! Now I also have great leftovers for the next few days."
