"This salad is so good! I love the crunchy noodles in it. But only mix up what you will eat because it doesn't store well once the dressing is on it."

"We were up north with friends last week and I took this coleslaw along. I had the almonds, sunflower seeds and noodles ready, mixed the dressing up, and brought the cabbage separate. I mixed it up just before serving. Everyone loved it and it was so easy to throw together when we were ready to eat. I will do this again next year when we go."
