"I had never made crackers before. This recipe was easy. I got better results cutting up the dough into crackers before baking. When I baked a whole sheet of dough, the center did not crisp."

We do a seed cracker variety too by adding all kinds of seeds like sesame or hemp & we make a ritz cracker variety by using butter not oil and adding a little parm cheese and 1/2 white flour and 1/2 whole wheat. Also sometimes we use cookie cutters to make hearts etc. for fun ! No more buying crackers !!"
