"A great variation to an old classic! My boyfriend is a basic meat & potato kind of guy, he loved this recipe! I added a tablespoon of tomato paste to give it a sweet and spicy flavor! Yummy! Will definately add this to my favorites."

"This recipe has become my go-to recipe for chili. Everyone who has tried it has loved it and I've been asked more than once for this recipe. Try it and you'll definitely have fans! I would also recommend not draining too much of the grease prior to putting in the onions, garlic, and peppers as the oil in the chorizo imparts a great flavor. This oil can even be put in with the rest of the ingrediants to impart more flavor and then later skimmed if desired. If you are a chili fan, this is a must-try!"
