"These cookies are delicious, but there are glaring omissions in the directions. The brown sugar is never mentioned (presumably it should be creamed with the butter), and the dry ingredients are never added to the wet ingredients. Presumably this should be done before adding the rhubarb. Adding a tablespoon of milk to the dry ingredients seems an odd step as well... it just makes things clump up. I don't know what the purpose of that is. I won't bother adding the milk at all next time."
