"Easy apple sauce. I find with Macintosh apples you don't need sugar. I blended for smoother constancy and frozen in quart zip lock bags. They freeze flat for easy storage and makes for a nice treat when it is partially thawed."

"This recipe was great. It was just the right consistency for how I like it and the cinnamon and vanilla gave it an extra hint of flavor. My grandkids even liked it and they don't normally care for homemade applesauce."
