"This is by far the best, most informative article I have ever seen on the topic of Prime Rib/Standing Rib Roast. I've been preparing Prime Rib for over thirty years and I was looking for an informative article to pass on to a friend when I found this one. This is going to save me a lot of typing! Thank you, I think I've just found a new favorite cooking site!"
