Hot Sausage Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 package spicy Premio sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
  • hamburger buns.
Directions
  • Cook the sausage; then shred the sausage finely and let it cool.
  • When cooled, combine the shredded sausage with other ingredients.
  • Make patties from the mixture, grill, and then place on hamburger buns.
  • Note: Grill the buns for best results. Top the burgers with cheese if you wish. This recipe makes about 4-6 burgers based on your preferred burger size.
