A twist on a classic. The buttery crust with the creamy sauce is delicious. Serve it as a meal or an appetizer.

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups lettuce - shredded
  • 12 slices bacon - cooked, crumbled
  • 1 tomato - diced
  • 3 green onions - sliced

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Separate crescent dough into eight triangles; place on a lightly greased pizza pan with points toward the center. Press dough onto the bottom and seal perforations. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese and mustard; spread over crust. Sprinkle with lettuce, bacon, tomato and onions.

"I made this the other night instead of ordering pizza when a couple of friends came over. It was a nice change from regular pizza and we ate up the whole thing. Everyone must have liked it because they all wanted the recipe. I guess we will be having it again sometime."
