CAULIFLOWER SOUP 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen cauliflower (10 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 shredded mild cheddar cheese (2 C. 8 ounce )
  • 2 cups milk
Directions
In medium saucepan cook cauliflower in 1 C. water. After cooked, mash with potato masher. Cook onion in butter until clear, add 1 C. water and bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. Thicken with flour. Stir in cauliflower and cheese. Add milk and finish blending. ENJOY!
