Ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in large bowl. Store in airtight container. To use: add 2 heaping tablespoons to 8 oz. hot water. Stir and enjoy!
