Hillbilly Chili is the traditional Southern Chili (Georgia) recipe with a few twists!

Ingredients
4 pounds ground beef
2 cans large cans WHOLE peeled tomatoes
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can Rotel
2 cans tomatoe sauce
2 teaspoons Emerils (or choice) Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown your beef, drain. Pour in your tomato sauce, dice up your whole tomatoes, and then put them in. Pour in beans and Rotel.
Use about 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, and about one cup of cheese.
Let cook for about 20-30 minutes and
VOILA! . . . HILLBILLY CHILI
