Carrot Cake 139 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups finely shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tub vanilla ready to spread frosting (16 ounce tub)
Directions
Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well-blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and spread with frosting.
