German Sweet Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Bakers German Sweet Chocolate (4 ounce pkg)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 package softened) cream cheese (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Cool Whip, thawed (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 Graham Cracker or chocolate cookie crumb crust (8 inch )
Directions
Heat chocolate and 2 T. milk in saucepan on low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.

Beat sugar and cream cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture, beat until smooth.

Spoon into crust.

Freeze until firm (approximately 4 hours)

Store leftover pie in freezer.
