Frosted Orange Jello Squares Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces orange flavored Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (20 ounce can)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (11 ounce can)
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding (4 serving pkg)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen orange juice concentrate and undrained pineapple. Chill until partially set. Stir in one can of oranges. (Save one can for garnishing.) Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Chill until firm.

Beat together pudding and milk. Fold in whipped cream. Spread on top of Jello. Chill 5 to 6 hours. Garnish with remaining can of oranges.
