Stuffed Green Peppers 27 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Ground beef -raw
  • 4 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 cups rice - uncooked
  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 6 green peppers
Directions
Mix meat, onion, and rice. Stuff mixture into green peppers.

Mix tomato soup and juice. Pour over peppers. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
