Pork and Noodle Casserole Recipe

  • 1/2 pound shell noodles
  • 1 pound lean pork
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz can)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and basil (15 oz can)
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Brown pork with celery and onion. Drain.

Add cooked noodles to pork along salt, pepper and diced tomatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
