Grilled Barbecued Spare Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds spare ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions

COOK
1.75 hrs
  • Roast ribs for 45 minutes at 425°.
  • Baste generously with the sauce and grill for 1 hour on medium temperature (approximately 350°). Turn once. Baste with sauce throughout grilling time.

"These ribs were easy to fix and turned out great. The BBQ sauce seemed a little runny but after it was put on the ribs and cooked on the grill, it thickened up. I love ribs so I will be using this recipe again."
