Nacho Casserole 3 Recipe

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 jar taco sauce (small Jar)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package avocado dip
  • 1 can black olives, sliced, drained
Spread beans on bottom of well-greased 3 quart casserole.

Sauté meat with onion, drain and spread over beans.

Cover with chilies, grated cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread sour cream down middle and top with avocado dip and ripe olives. Swirl dip, sour cream and olives to mix.

Serve with nacho chips or Doritos.
