Herbed Shrimp and Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces angle hair pasta (dry)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp medium (unpeeled)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Directions
Cook pasta; drain; set aside. Melt butter, add shrimp and garlic. Cook stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp; peel tails off; keep butter and garlic in. Add half and half; bring to boil, stirring gently. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper and dill weed; stir until well blended.
