Ingredients
2 pounds beef pot roast (chuck roast)
1 package Liptons onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
Directions
Place 1/4 cup water in baking dish
Add roast
Sprinkle soup mix over top of roast
Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 3-4 hours.
