PORK STEAK AND POTATO DINNER Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pork steaks
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Put potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together; soup, milk, salt, pepper, and onion. Trim fat from steaks and brown in skillet on both sides. Put on top of potatoes. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
