| | Directions | | Put potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together; soup, milk, salt, pepper, and onion. Trim fat from steaks and brown in skillet on both sides. Put on top of potatoes. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. |
