OLD FASHIONED MEAT LOAF 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups soda cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
Directions
Mix in order give. Shape in a loaf and put in a baking dish. Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar; mix together; put over top of meatloaf
