MANGO LASSI (MANGO FLAVORED YOGURT DRINK) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mango pulp (or fresh ripe mango, finely cut)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup club soda
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender, mix till smooth and serve immediately. OPTIONS:

1. Substitute mango for strawberries or bananas or peaches. OR

2. Omit all fruit and increase yogurt to 2 cups. OR

3. Omit sugar and mangoes and add salt to taste with a dash of black pepper.
