VEGETARIAN CHOPPED LIVER Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 onions, chopped (large)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 can green peas (drained)
  • 1 can french cut green beans (drained)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Directions
Sauté onions in oil until soft. Grind nuts in food processor - put aside. Grind all other ingredients except nuts and crumbs. After all is ground, add nuts and crumbs. Season to taste. Refrigerate.
