Oven Bake Sausage Egg Sausage Soufflé Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage (sauté the sausage before adding)
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage (sauté the sausage before adding)
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 slices bread (cubed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 Chopped Green pepper or Pimento for color
  • 1 sprig Dry Mustard/Sprig of Salt
Directions
Beat eggs well, add all other ingredients and mix well. Add mixture to a well greased cake pan. Do not cover this while cooking as it rises. Preheat oven to 350° Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
