Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 ounce carton sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
16 ounces ham, diced
1 package southern style hash browns (32 ounce bag)
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix together soups, milk, sour cream, 8 oz. cheddar cheese and ham. Add the potatoes and mix well. Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan and top with 4 oz. cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
