Mix together soups, milk, sour cream, 8 oz. cheddar cheese and ham. Add the potatoes and mix well. Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan and top with 4 oz. cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 cup milk
-1 ounce carton sour cream
-8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
-16 ounces ham, diced
-1 package southern style hash browns (32 ounce bag)
-4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
