Braunschweiger Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
  • 3 teaspoons onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 pound Braunschweiger
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Chill. Tastes best when you let it set for a couple of hours.

Great on any type of cracker or crunchy bread.
