Heath Bar Toffee Cake Recipe

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 45 Heath bars, crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix together flour, sugars, butter and vanilla until crumbs form. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping. Blend buttermilk, baking soda and egg into dry ingredients. Pour into 9x13" pan. Mix crushed Heath bars, chopped pecans and reserved crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
