Rocky Road Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages 4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Stir peanuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows into pudding mixture. Spoon into 8 dessert compote dishes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
