Sweet Potato Pie 69 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells
  • 2 cups baked sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
Directions
Preheat oven 400° Reduce heat 350° Bake 30-40 minutes

Combine all ingredients and mix well on medium speed with electric mixer.

Pour filling in pie shells and bake 10 minutes at 400° degrees and reduce heat to 350° and continue to cook for 30 to 40 minutes longer. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes 10 to 12 servings
