LEMON JELLO BUNDT CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lemon cake mix Duncan Hines
  • 1 package lemon jello (3 oz pkg)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Glaze
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Mix cake mix, jello, eggs, oil and water. Pour into bunt pan. bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from pan. poke holes with fork into cake while still hot. mix glaze and pour slowly over warm cake.
