Toffee Recipe

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces Heath toffee pieces
  • 1 box graham crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare jelly roll pan by either greasing/spraying it or lining it with parchment paper. (I use the parchment paper for easy/no clean up.)

Spread graham crackers over the pan; whole or broken it doesn't matter.

Bring butter and sugar to boil in saucepan over medium heat until it thickens a little. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

Spread chocolate chips and toffee pieces over the baked crackers and let cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
