Boiled Frosting 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • pinch salt
Directions
Cook sugar, cream of tartar, salt and water until it spins a thread when poured from spoon. Have egg whites stiffly beaten and beat sugar mixture into egg whites until smooth. Add vanilla.
