McCormick® Sante Fe Seafood Sauce adds a touch of sweet and heat to this shrimp and vegetable skillet dish. For even more color, use a mixture of red and green bell peppers.

1 tablespoon oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and vegetables; cook and stir 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp.
2. Stir in Seafood Sauce; cook and stir 2 minutes or until heated through.
3. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
