Dissolved Jell-O in 1 cup hot water and allow to cool. Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and teaspoon of vanilla. Once Jell-O has cooled, cream together with cream cheese mixture. Add whipped Milnot to mixture and whip until well blended.
Pour Jell-O mixture on top of crust. A few strawberries can be added to the top. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
