1 Egg Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Flavoring
  • 1 egg
Directions
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add shortening, milk and flavoring. Beat two minutes. Add 1 egg and beat 1 minute. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
