Banana Walnut Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box banana cake mix
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 bananas (medium)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • Crumb Topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
Directions
Combine cake mix, baking powder, bananas, eggs, water, oil and walnuts. Beat on low to combine, then on medium for 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured tube or 9x13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients, mix until crumbly. Spread evenly over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool. Store well wrapped in refrigerator.
